BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering
  • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Strong programming and debugging skills
  • Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or training a plus
    Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $96,700 - $179,500.
    Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
