Location: UK based, Hybrid. We are a remote first company, We have an office in London (Monument), the role can be predominately remote but will require occasional days in the office to collaborate with the Engineering and the wider team.
Salary Range: £110,000 - £125,000 per annum

THE ENGINEERING MANAGER ROLE
As we continue our mission to be the market-leading underwriting software platform for agile insurers, we are excited to kick off the search for a Engineering Manager.
As the Engineering Manager at Send, you’ll be given the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team of engineers, providing strong technical leadership and guiding the delivery of valuable products and services to Send’s customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and ensuring the team achieves their committed sprint goals.
Your role will involve coaching and mentoring cross-functional engineers and continuously improving agile practices and ways of working. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in influencing the technology strategy and leveraging data to drive improvements across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
