Description We are looking for a sharp, organized International Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity, and keeps multiple priorities moving at once. If you have managed overseas supplier relationships and love solving procurement problems, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Manage the full PO lifecycle – Create, track, and maintain purchase orders from requisition through receipt, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately. Own overseas supplier relationships – Lead weekly calls with international suppliers, manage delivery commitments, and drive 2–5% cost reductions through negotiation. Keep inventory moving – Monitor stock levels, process commercial invoices, match packing slips, and coordinate shipments across domestic and international channels. Track and improve supplier performance – Monitor on-time delivery and quality metrics, flag issues early, and hold vendors to clear expectations. Handle engineering changes and samples – Process engineering change notifications, manage sample POs, and support qualification documentation from start to finish.
