Job Description Mandatory : Certified Electrical Engineer of 33/11 KVA Providing various services required for all departments. Ensure timely & quick response towards machine breakdown(Electrical & Mechanical. To ensure cleaning and 5s in area. To ensure safety in the area. Ensure optimum utilization of all engineering resources with minimum down time and cost. Suggestions and implementation of cost-effective modification in existing system / equipment for improvement in process / productivity with quality. Technical evaluation of new equipment for procurements. Execution for installation and commissioning of new equipment’s along with related documentation like DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ etc. in coordination with CFT’s. Preparation, execution and compliance of maintenance activities as per requirement. Inventory management to minimize equipment down time. Implementation of automation and improvement for greater compliance work simplification and increase in operational efficiency. To perform self-audit in department and follow up and ensure safety compliance. To follow for total productive maintenance program. Local vendor development. Conservation of energy to its optimum level by implementation of energy conservation measure. Annual budgeting for the engineering department based on trends analysis with forecasting and controlling the expenses within the approved budget. Follow up for job work with outside and in house vendors.
