Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Engineering- und Industrialisierungsprojekten innerhalb der budgetierten Ressourcen, Investitionen und Zeitpläne, mit Schwerpunkt auf Entwicklung und Beschaffung neuer Maschinen
  • Spezifikation, Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf, Installation und Hochlauf neuer Fertigungsanlagen in strukturierter und gut dokumentierter Weise sowie Übergabe an die Produktion.
  • Abstimmung der Engineering-Aktivitäten mit Neuproduktentwicklung und Projektmanagement-Teams der jeweiligen Business Units
  • Unterstützung des Produktionsstandorts Dresden bei neuen Prozessen sowie bei laufender Prozessoptimierung. Erstellung einer Engineering-Aktivitätenliste gemeinsam mit dem Produktionsleiter Dresden
  • Erstellung und Präsentation einer Innovations-Roadmap für den Standort Dresden innerhalb der Operations- und Business-Unit-Organisationen
  • Proaktive Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktions- und Entwicklungsprozessen, z. B. Kosteneinsparungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen.
  • Entwicklung eines effizienten Industrialisierungsprozesses in abteilungsübergreifender Abstimmung.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie der Unternehmensregeln und -Prozesse gemäß Qualitätshandbuch.
  • Berichterstattung über Engineering-Aktivitäten und Kontrolle der Umsetzung.
  • Unterstützung des Know-hows und der Schulung von Ingenieuren, Bedienern, Instandhaltungspersonal in Abstimmung mit dem Produktionsleiter.
  • Sorgsame Nutzung von Ressourcen und Umweltschutz im Verantwortungsbereich; Sicherstellung effizienter Energienutzung.

Qualifikation

  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Industrialisierungs-Engineering und Shopfloor-Management sowie 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamführung
  • Masters / Bachelors in Ingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau, Elektronik, Mechanik, Luft- und Raumfahrt usw.)
  • Erfahrung in Produktion, Fertigung, Prozessentwicklung und Industrialisierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie Automatisierungs-, Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, Qualitätsmethoden und Prozessoptimierung
  • Erfahrung in der Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen sowie CAPEX- und Industrialisierungsprojekten
