QUALIFICATIONS:
You!
Applicants that are at minimum 15 years of age
Experience with POS system is an asset
Applicants that are guest service oriented
Excellent communication skills with an interest in working with food
Applicants with the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs
Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holiday

Greet every guest with a positive and genuine tone
Satisfy Canada’s Wonderland standards for performance and conduct
Enter guests’ orders accurately into the POS system and complete debit and credit transactions ensuring all policies are followed
Address any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park
Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications
Assist bussers with table clearing, cleaning and setting as required
Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment
Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications and department safety policies
Assist in any other duties as assigned
