We are looking for a self-motivated, *hungry and entrepreneurial salesperson* to help drive the sales efforts for our real estate lending Fund. You would be expected to gain a deep understanding of our market and the Fund's strategy, and to be able to build relationships and convert them into meaningful investment channels for our firm. We are a boutique emerging fund manager. Our flagship Faes & Co Income Fund is focused on real estate lending. We have a niche strategy, originating and funding real estate bridging loans, with the aim of providing investors a consistent, stable, asset-backed return. The Fund launched in 2023, and we have good momentum with the Fund's sales. We are looking for someone to join our highly motivated team to help drive sales specifically through the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and wealth manager channels, and for accredited investors. Our firm's principal has previously built large funds platforms in different geographies (with companies managing over $5 billion), and our small team is made up of experienced fund operators.
