Il travaille à partir de divers bureaux régionaux et d’installations hôtelières à distance, selon les besoins. Développe et met en œuvre un programme de marketing et d’appels dans le marché assigné afin d’atteindre les objectifs de développement des affaires, en gérant le volume, le flux et le rendement des demandes de prêts des concessionnaires au sein du pipeline de ventes, tout en assurant un suivi efficace auprès des concessionnaires existants et en renforçant la compréhension de la proposition de valeur de la Banque Scotia. Veille à ce que l’ensemble des concessionnaires assignés reçoivent une attention soutenue afin d’assurer leur satisfaction et de maintenir, améliorer, développer et fidéliser les relations, en maintenant des connaissances à jour des produits et services, des systèmes, des processus et des compétences de la ligne d’affaires, conformément aux exigences de la Banque Scotia et du Financement automobile. Gère les processus de travail et les attentes en conformité avec les normes de comportement des vendeurs, en atteignant les standards minimaux établis tant pour les concessionnaires partenaires que non partenaires. Met en œuvre et soutient des initiatives continues d’éducation des concessionnaires relativement aux processus, politiques et meilleures pratiques de la Banque Scotia, afin d’accroître leur efficacité et leur maîtrise lors de la soumission des dossiers et de la documentation. Maintient une connaissance approfondie de toutes les occasions de ventes croisées au sein de la Banque ainsi que des possibilités d’appels conjoints, afin de maintenir, améliorer, développer et fidéliser les relations.
