The senior associate requires a solid understanding of contracting as well as SAP software and its functionalities. The senior associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sourcing, accounts payable, and finance, to ensure smooth and seamless contract management and payment operations. Required Competencies and Skills: Key Responsibilities: Lead in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts for members of the healthcare community. Responsible for complex agreements, requiring extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, business requirements and legal compliance.
