Our high-performance Pricing team is central to Vista’s growth, driving informed business and marketing decisions through data, insight, and strategy. As part of this outstanding global team, you will work on major initiatives, develop sophisticated pricing models, and provide recommendations that directly craft our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like economics, finance, or business.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, promotions, or a related role.
• Bonus points if you have experience in the e-commerce industry.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Google Workspace to analyse, report, and present effectively
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Lead pricing strategy by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost movements to recommend effective list prices and promotional offers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Go-to-Market, Finance, and Product to model discounts, set pricing for new products, and align on strategic actions.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of pricing strategies—from identifying opportunities and building business cases to securing buy-in and executing plans.
• Monitor and analyze performance through regular reporting on commercial results, promotional effectiveness, and financial impacts.
• Inform decision-making using pricing models, elasticity analysis, and profitability scenarios.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and continuously developing your professional skills.
