POSITION

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our Group Finance team and help shape the financial direction of our organisation. Reporting to the CFO, this is a high-impact role for a commercially driven finance leader who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of our financial operations - from reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to controls, compliance, and business partnering. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing insight and guidance that influences strategic decisions and drives performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with significant experience in financial leadership roles.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, with a solid grasp of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change.
• Skilled in financial planning, modelling, and analysis with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight.
• Passion for process improvement, innovation, and delivering value across the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading the end-to-end financial planning cycle including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining robust financial controls.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, using data driven insight to support decision making.
• Challenging the business on revenue opportunities, cost management, and budget alignment.
• Driving process improvements and adopting new technologies to enhance financial efficiency.
• Leading and developing a high performing finance team with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Supporting long term financial strategies that align with business growth and objectives.
