The Senior Vice President, Toys, Games, Licensing and Entertainment (TGLE) Finance & Operations is a critical senior leader responsible for the comprehensive financial and operational strategy, execution, and governance of Hasbro’s global consumer business. This role oversees financial planning, commercial support, operational effectiveness, and investment strategy across the TGLE portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, the SVP operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Commercial Strategy—serving as a critical architect and advisor to the enterprise. As a key member of Hasbro’s senior leadership, this role partners closely with senior global leaders to advance Hasbro’s growth agenda, elevate operational performance, and embed a high-impact, future-ready finance culture.
