Job Description Develop and execute sales distribution strategies aligned with business goals. Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks. Achieve sales, distribution, and coverage targets nationwide. Drive trade promotions, pricing, and incentive schemes for growth. Lead and coach the sales distribution team for high performance. Monitor KPIs, distributor ROI, and implement corrective actions. Expand presence into new territories and untapped markets. Qualifications Key Requirements: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 5–10 years of proven experience in sales distribution management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in construction chemicals, building materials, FMCG, or industrial products).
