We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for patients, responsible for answering inbound calls, managing messages, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting and applying payments, and supporting program coordination. This role is ideal for an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing mental health practice.
