Due to our continued business expansion we are recruiting for a delivery driver/Store assistant to join our team, this role will help ensure smooth running of our company office in Hollymount Industrial Estate, Blarney Rd, Cork.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Full clean driving license
• Experience in similar role
• Manual Handling Cert
• A good level of physical fitness
• Experience & Knowledge of electrical and plumbing products a distinct advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided

• Be responsible for delivery of goods to customer sites
• Ensure signatures are received on all paperwork
• Ensure paperwork is returned to accounts Office
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Assist stores in picking and packing deliveries
• Ensure that no stock leaves the store without the proper paperwork & signatures required
• Handle occasional customer queries at the collections counter
• Carry out stock taking exercises as required
• Use a forklift when required in accordance with standard forklift operating procedures
• Have basic computer skills i.e. ability to use email and our sales and inventory system
• Will be open to variation in job role as required i.e. flexibility essential in line with needs of the company
• Must be a good team player, a good people person, have good customer service skills
