Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Perform root cause analysis on denied claims and implement corrective actions in collaboration with departments. Prepare financial reports detailing revenue performance, payer reimbursement rates, and claims processing outcomes. Foster strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years in revenue cycle analysis, billing, claims processing, or financial analysis within a healthcare setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in revenue cycle management tools, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with billing software and revenue management systems. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of billing regulations, reimbursement guidelines, and claims management best practices.
