Description Position Summary The Payroll Implementation Clerk is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and data-entry support to the Payroll Implementation team. This role supports the front end of the onboarding pipeline by receiving payroll quote requests, preparing and issuing payroll service quotes, generating payroll service agreements, and managing their delivery for client e-signature. This position also assists in gathering and entering basic company and employee data, initiating first contact with new clients, and supporting team members with various administrative and operational tasks. The Clerk will report to the Payroll Implementation Manager. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient start to the client's onboarding experience and contributes to a streamlined workflow within the Payroll Implementation department.
