WTW is growing its Facultative Reinsurance capabilities in Europe and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic reinsurance industry, working alongside experienced brokers and contributing to the delivery of effective risk transfer solutions for our clients. As a Broker, you will support the broking team in placing facultative reinsurance, preparing client submissions, and building relationships with cedants and reinsurers.
