Human Resources Exemption: No Education Primary Care Paramedic Certificate from an approved educational institute Licenses Valid Class 4 driver's license Other Education and Training Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS) Competencies Conflict resolution skills Verbal communication skills Basic - Computer skills Interpersonal skills Listening skills Written Communication Skills Knowledge and Abilities Decision making through the application of knowledge and critical thinking Able to safely and consistently lift/load stretcher on a regular basis Demonstrates the ability to be resourceful and to adapt to changing conditions Ability to function effectively in high stress and in emergency situations Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Familiar with the SK Ministry of Health Ambulance Information System.
