Experience in neonatal or pediatric specialties, perinatal care, or NICU settings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Relevant clinical experience — often including neonatal care or experience in a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) / perinatal/neonatal nursing. The role may require coordination of training sessions, simulations, and skills labs — including scheduling across shifts to accommodate staff. Expectation to act as a mentor, resource, and role model for staff; maintain professional standards and confidentiality. Ongoing responsibility to review and update training materials, keep abreast with latest neonatal care and resuscitation guidelines, and prepare documentation. Demonstrated ability in adult education, teaching, facilitation of learning, and clinical instruction. Experience in program development, evaluation and curriculum design Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and mentoring skills. Ability to integrate clinical knowledge with education and translate evidence-based practice into training.
