This role will report to the Vertical Sales leader and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. How will your contributions be showcased? Prospecting and Lead Generation: Devote up to 75% of your time to identifying and soliciting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Deal Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to qualify opportunities and ensure alignment with our health IT workforce management solutions. Upsell and Client Management: Allocate the remaining time to fostering relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Quota Management: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
