Key responsibilities include understanding and utilizing financial options to support case acceptance, educating patients on treatment choices, overcoming common patient objections, and proactively keeping Dentist’s schedules productive. The Healthcare Coordinator should support each patient in a consultative and educational manner while consistently supporting a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).
