Description RESPONSIBILITES: Capacity Management Associate Architects are responsible for carrying out daily schedule requests across the Physician Group Practice. Using industry standard best practices and successfully leveraging business tools, Capacity Management Associate Architects will engage with our section partners to accelerate access and productivity related improvements. Associate Architects will strategize to implement daily schedules and templates that enhance patient flow. Successfully meets Service Levels when resolving tickets. Fulfills schedule requests quickly and accurately, consistently seeking opportunities to utilize best practice strategies and techniques to all schedules. Successfully serves as an Ambassador for Patient Access when meeting with section representatives to discuss and implement schedule changes. Effectively communicates with colleagues at all levels of the organization, including Patient Access team members, clinic staff, administrators, and physicians. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree OR 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, capacity management, project management or informatics.
