KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Core trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing or Carpentry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rota and emergency response
