As a cook you will need the ability to run the kitchen when needed, serve a well-balanced meal and maintain a clean and sanitary dining hall. Cooks must properly store food items at appropriate temperatures, and rotate stock items as per established procedures. Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and stocked at the end of your shift.
