Description Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility Position Type: PRN Locations: Anderson, Elwood, Summitville, Indiana HTS is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team at a highly-rated skilled nursing facility in Anderson, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced rehab environment and values collaborative teamwork. Our facility offers a spacious, well-equipped therapy gym with specialized areas such as a training kitchen and bathroom to support comprehensive rehab-to-home practices. The position is PRN, providing flexibility to support the team during planned time off, caseload increases, and weekend needs. Additional opportunities are available at our facilities in Elwood and Summitville. Temporary 12 week assignment starting sometime in August which could provide a consistent 30 to 35 hours per week.
