Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM), Food Service Manager (FSM), Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM), and CDM,CFPP (where required by state regulations) certifications during the development program. Valid driver's license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
