You should have prior experience managing clients within local and state government. With excellent communication skills, you will work cross-functionally with our internal customer success, business development, and sales teams. Responsibilities: Lead Hello Heart’s strategic public sector accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle, including, but not limited to, member adoption, account retention, and client satisfaction. Strong executive presence with the ability to present the Hello Heart value proposition. Partner with the growth team for all aspects of customer renewals, revenue retention, and growth. Create and execute all day-to-day operations to support driving revenue and client excellence. Develop relationships with customers at the C-Suite level that provide insight into their company goals and strategies. Provide an important customer and user voice, work with the product team on identifying the ideal user experience, and champion new product offerings with your customers. Develop strategic customer strategies to support customer growth and retention while presenting client results and identifying opportunities to increase member and client satisfaction. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
