The Potted Lobster, Abersoch, is a high end casual dining seafood restaurant. We launched in June 2021 to rave reviews and have developed a reputation as one of the area’s best restaurants. We have recently been awared two AA rosettes for the second year running.
We’re looking for outstanding waiting staff to join our team. We believe in creating a positive working environment where people can be themselves, learn, grow and continuously develop their skills. We will be open all year round so the positions we’re offering are full time and permanent. Seasonal roles are also available.
The Potted Lobster is known not just for excellent food but the quality of its drinks offering. We’re very proud of our wine list and our cocktails are crafted with care and skill. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have cocktail experience.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Hard working
• Experience in a similar role
• Willingness to work more than 48 hours per week at peak times
• Flexible and adaptable
• Strong passion for the industry and guest satisfaction
• The ability to think on your feet

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and requests.
• Provide exceptional guest services to enhance the dining experience.
