HOSPITALITY HEAD CHEF £55,000- £60,000 + 7.5% BONUS PA | 40 HOURS PER WEEK | CANARY WHARF

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-end hospitality kitchen in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious operation delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + 7.5% Bonus pa

Hours: 40 hours per week- Monday to Friday)Role Highlights:

• Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team.
• Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus.
• Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and food safety compliance.
• Liaise with front of house and client stakeholders to ensure excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head Chef in a premium hospitality or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, training, and people management skills.
• Passion for quality, presentation, and sustainability.
• Sound understanding of costing, compliance, and stock control.
