Fidelis is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Casual Industrial Cleaning Operatives to provide cleaning services at our customer sites, meeting Fidelis’ required standards. *REQUIREMENTS:*

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including operating cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the Perry Barr site.
• Willingness to undergo necessary training and adhere to company policies and procedures.

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment, up to [insert weight] pounds.
