Our food and beverage assistants get to learn all our venue’s and work out which area of our 700 acre farm is best suited to them. Our relaxed, fast Granary Kitchen? Our refined Cowshed Restaurant? Maybe its our Stable Wine and Cocktail Bar? Reap what you sow…
If you have experience in hospitality, be it in restaurants, deli, coffee shop or bars, we want to hear from you.

Requirements for Food and Beverage Assistant:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a must
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, up to 5 days a week, on any day of the year

• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring customer satisfaction all times.
