About Us
Since 2007, Rendezvous Café has been the Highlands’ go-to spot for good coffee, great food, and even better vibes. We’re famous for our brunch, funky music, and that “everyone knows your name” feel.
But we’re more than just a café – we’re also home to cosy vintage cinema screenings, where the lights dim, the coffee flows, and the atmosphere takes you straight back in time. And here’s something you won’t find anywhere else in the city – we’re the only official CBD merchant in Inverness serving coffee, tea, and edibles infused with high-quality CBD. It’s a quirky blend of espresso bar, wellness, and mini picture house, and it keeps our regulars (and curious newcomers) coming back for more.
We’re small but mighty – and we like it that way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft great coffee, tea, and speciality drinks like you actually care.
• Serve up food that looks as good as it tastes.
• Keep the café tidy, organised, and food-safe (clean freaks welcome).
• Chat with customers like they’re old friends (and turn strangers into regulars).
• Handle cash and card payments like a pro.
• Team up with the crew to keep things running smooth – even when it’s busy.

What We’re Looking For

(Experience is great, but attitude wins every time.)

• Previous barista or hospitality experience (preferred, not essential).
• Solid time management – you can juggle orders without looking stressed.
• Basic maths skills for tills and change.
• A friendly, down-to-earth personality with a genuine love for customer service.
• Weekend availability (we’re busiest then).

The Details

• Hours: 16–24 per week, day shifts only.
• Schedule: Weekends essential, plus 1–3 weekdays.
