SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Baltic Amber Restaurant & Bar in the heart of the community. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to our mission of hospitality and warmth.

• Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards
• Provide excellent guest services, addressing any needs or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Adhere to food safety regulations and standards.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Experience with upselling techniques is preferred.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest services.
• Must be 18 or over as job includes working with alcohol
  Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
