This is an exciting opportunity to join the hospitality team at the Royal Burgess Golfing Society in Barnton. The club is steeped in history and can trace its origins back to the 18th century. Our magnificent Clubhouse is currently undergoing a major refurbishment to develop new bar and dining areas.
We expect our staff to deliver great hospitality with pride and we’re looking for bar supervisor who is passionate about service, have an appreciation for good food and drink and enjoy working as part of a team.
We will deliver a full training programme so that you can confidently share your passion and knowledge and ensure we deliver the best experience for our members and their guests.

· Set up and cleanliness of bar service and seating areas
· Stock management under the direction of the Bars Manager
· Service of drinks during bar opening times and at events
· Interaction with customers
· Cleaning down of bar area and equipment after service
· Liaison with food production and service staff
· Compliance with licensing legislation
· Compliance with health and safety legislation
· Cash handling
