Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher (Sous Chef, Head Chef, etc.)
• Valid Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
• Food Allergy Awareness Certificate
• Strong culinary skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Capability to manage kitchen operations smoothly
• Previous experience in professional kitchens, ideally in hotels or high-end venues
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
