SUMMARY

Driving Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Reading & surrounding areas (occasional travel further afield)
Pay: £14.50 per hour (PAYE – includes holiday pay, pension, socials, bonuses & incentives)
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll lead by example — supporting and nurturing the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
Supervise, support, and motivate team members
Work hands-on as part of the cleaning team
Train and monitor staff, carrying out quality control checks
Coordinate stock, supplies, and laundry
Quoting and meet and greets with clients
Communicate with management and set team targets
Occasionally travel further afield for larger jobs/meetings
What we’re looking for:
A positive, vibrant personality with a strong work ethic
A reliable driver with access to a car (essential)
Someone who takes pride in high standards and teamwork
Experience in cleaning or supervision (preferred but not essential)
