JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Waiter’s/Waitress’s/Bar to join our dynamic team at Masons Arms. You will provide excellent customer service in a friendly, and relaxed gastro pub environment. As a member of our team, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• A passion for food, drinks, and providing excellent service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
• Take, prepare and deliver beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Take food orders accurately, promptly and deliver to customers.
• Ensure all orders are served with attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
• Manage multiple tables and customer requests efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Clear and relay tables for new customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring the correct change is given when required.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, depending on shift requirements.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team.
