The Role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bartender to join our energetic front-of-house team. You’ll be a key part of our guest experience, serving expertly made drinks with warmth and flair in a fast-paced and stylish environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service across restaurant, bar lounge, and event areas
• Engage with guests warmly and professionally, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar at all times
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth service across all areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Support stock rotation and assist with bar inventory
• Handle cash and card transactions confidently and accurately

About You

• Previous bar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Confident cocktail-making skills and strong product knowledge
• A passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Able to remain calm and organised under pressure
• Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and event shifts including the Christmas period.
