CHEF DE PARTIE – £15.95 PER HOUR

Location: Hinxton
Hours: 40 hours per week – flexibility required
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hinxton. If you have a passion for fresh food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and are happy to work flexibly, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
• Support the Head Chef and guide junior team members
• Ensure food is presented well and served promptly
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
• Help manage stock, portion control, and minimise waste

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
