Now, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our management crew to help lead our largest venue in Glasgow City Centre. The management team work together- keeping things smooth, the team energised, and the guests coming back for more.

• Leading from the front-running shifts with the team, not just overseeing them.
• Creating an environment where the team feels supported, trained, and motivated to deliver brilliant service.
• Working closely with your GM to keep everything ticking along behind the scenes-managing stock, keeping an eye on the numbers, and making sure we hit (and beat) our targets.
• Rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to keep the venue running smoothly and guests feeling well looked after.
