EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety standards
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks
