The Three Horseshoes in Hazlemere is a wet driven, dog friendly pub with all the Sports!
We have a lovely garden with 3 pods which include a tv, heating and lights, and a bottle bar.
We are a very welcoming and popular pub, we have had a lot of success over the years and are seeking an experienced, passionate supervisor to join the team.
The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements
* Leadership - must have experience in a team leader position and have strong leadership qualities, capable of managing and taking complete control in the Managers absence
* Strong communication skills
* Be very flexible, (this is mainly evening shifts and weekend work) customer driven, hard working and pro-active
* Have initiative, a desire to make people happy and be able to handle themselves diplomatically in challenging situations.
In this all-round role, you’ll oversee the setup and presentation of front-of-house area. Your hands-on approach will support smooth operations, from greeting customers and managing drink service to assisting and delegating tasks such as cleaning, organising, and running shifts.
As part of a small, high-performing team, you’ll be key in ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shift and will gain a strong understanding of all operational aspects of the business.

· Ensure staff follow the company’s policies and procedures.
· Ensure all interactions with customer are warm and friendly.
· Ensure team members are knowledgeable about the drink’s menus and current deals on.
· Ensure FOH food and hygiene standards are being met.
· Oversee new team member training.
