JOB SUMMARY

We are recruiting for a passionate Chef to join our kitchen teams at The Fusco Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working in kitchens and busy food prep teams. Ideally we would love to get somebody who has a little varied experience from brunch to street food and strong gastro offerings.
However, the right individual for us is somebody with a good attitude and wants to join a team with a good work life balance and who will make an effort to build strong relationships with their colleagues. We are really keen to pick up a team player who may wish to grow in the business and move into more senior kitchen roles.
We have popped a wage band on this role of a minimum and maximum, this is to attract a variety of individuals of varying experience. We are keen to pay fairly based on experience and what that individual brings to the team in terms of knowledge, effort and reliablillity.
Our group is varied which gives us a lot of security for individuals who may have family or young kids and want to ensure they’re in a steady longer-term role. The group currently has x 3 hospitality venues including a small boutique hotel as well as operating in construction and the fuel industry.
Our hospitality business has quite varied offering with everything from brunch to fine dining pop ups to a street food hatch and gastro pub food. You most definitely do not need to have experience in all these areas but the more the better and as mentioned with the right attitude the support and growth will be available.
