RELIABLE CONCIERGE REQUIRED FOR IPSWICH IP3 AREA

Tuesday to Thursday 09.30 to 16.30
(21 hours per week)
£13.00ph
Maintaining communal area’s of prestigious apartments on Ipswich Waterfront.
Perform duties such as small repairs, painting, pressure washing outside area’s, collecting litter & emptying external bins along with any other duties required by apartment managers.
Putting out large wheelie bins for weekly collection and returning to bin stores.
Removing overflow rubbish and tidying bin stores.
Ensuring all areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
Answering tenants queries and referring to the appropriate department.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Smart Phone required for clocking in and out
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
