We are an award-winning event caterer in Hampshire with a vibrant bistro in the heart of Winchester. We are delighted to have an opening for a full-time supervisor to join our supportive and friendly team
As a key member of the front of House team, you will join us in delivering outstanding customer service to a broad range of customers including regulars and passers-by alike. You will have a variety of duties which will include creating amazing coffee and drinks, and serving our delicious home-made food. You will lead in maintaining the highest quality of presentation and service, along with coaching and mentoring other team members. You will be confident enough to take sole charge covering days off for the Bistro Manager, and there is plenty of opportunity for progression.
This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week on a 5 day out of 7 day rota. Normal shift times are 8am - 4pm, with occasional evenings.

Previous waiting and FOH experience is essential, and priority will be given to candidates who are barista trained.
