Job Title: Night Hygiene Operative
Pay Rate: £13.55 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time
Type of Employment: Permanent
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off and timing will be from (6 PM – 6 AM)
Location: Mitie, Genesis Way, Grimsby, North Lincolnshire, England, DN37 9TU
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
In your new role as a Hygiene Operative, you will complete daily and periodic cleans to the required standard based on the cleaning schedule in place. You will carry out general Low Risk hygiene tasks including, but not limited to, washing equipment, walls, floor & overheads, mopping floors, belt cleaning & using scrubbing/sweeping equipment. You will complete any reasonable tasks given by the Management Team.
To work safely as part of a team to ensure that the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are always maintained across all areas of the site. Liaise closely with Hygiene Supervisor. Work closely with chemicals and ensure containers are labelled, locked at all time
Follow all hygiene, food safety, quality, H&S procedures, and the company terms & conditions. Completion of related documents and records. Operate cleaning equipment and complete deep sanitation. Handle chemicals as per COSHH training and regulations. Comply with Hygiene Cleaning Schedule
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work night shifts based on 4 on 4 off rota
