We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our fantastic team at Sunrise Nurseries,

The Deputy Manager’s main role is to support the Manager in all aspects of Nursery matters. They must be conversant with all relevant policies and procedures.
The ideal individual will work alongside the Nursery Manager in managing the day-to-day running of the nursery, in line with setting the ethos and goals.
Deputy Manager will ensure the nursery continues to deliver the highest standard of care, development, and education by leading the team of practitioners and apprentices.
They will also go about their duties with honesty and integrity and ensure the nursery needs are always met and take precedence.
The Deputy must work with the Manager to ensure the nursery complies with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework. They must ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations.
