We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality and culinary sectors, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our food production and service areas, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in supervising roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking.
• Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Experience in kitchen management, including food production processes.
• Familiarity with barista techniques is advantageous for establishments offering coffee services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers alike.
