JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience. This role will also include cleaning our spa Facilities from 6-9am, this will be on a rota basis so it will not be everyday.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to established standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and ensure all items are in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
